弾丸一人旅 世界遺産 白川郷ー前編 食べ歩き編　Shirakawa Go! World Heritage Solo Trip -(1st half) Walk and Eat

8月、混雑する時期を避けて一泊二日、夜行バス、ドミトリー利用、交通費往復と素泊まりで約１万円ほど、食費は別途、初白川郷へ！空気は澄み、透き通った湧き水があちこちで溢れる溢れる…想像以上！ある意味”水の都”！

In August, avoiding busy season, went to Shirakawa-go first time for two days and one night, using a night bus, using a dormitory, round-trip transportation and staying (meals are not included), about 10,000 yen. The air is very clear and crystal spring water is everywhere… beyond my imagination! In a sense, it’s “City of Water”!

No.1 お食事処 合掌 飛騨牛朴葉みそ焼き定食 郷土料理 Restaurant “Gassho” Hida Beef Hoba Miso Yaki (grilling on magnolia leaves) Set Menu Meal, Local Cuisine

バス旅で疲労困憊な中、14時頃たどり着きました！飛騨牛も朴葉みそ焼きも初めてでドキドキ。お肉は弾力があり、味噌は色が変わると味がさらに濃くなり美味しい！最初は慌てて食べたので口の中で火傷してしまいましたが、ご飯のところで冷ましながらいただきました！お腹いっぱいでした！

I finally arrived at this restaurant around 14 o’clock while I was really exhausted bcz of the bus trip! It was my first time to try Hida beef and Hoba Miso-Yaki, so I was excited. The meat is rubbery, and the miso changes its color, making it more flavorful and delicious! At first, I was in a hurry to eat it, so I got a burn in my mouth, but I could have it while cooling down in the rice bowl! I was full!

No.2 蕎麦 脇本 自然薯とろろそば（冷） Soba “Wakimoto” Pounded Japanese Yam Soba

朝の8時頃、自家製粉した蕎麦をいただきに！あまりいただく機会のない貴重な自然薯も一緒に！コシがあって美味！このあとは近くの民家園へ開園と同時にゴーでした！

At around 8:00 in the morning, I had a soba made from freshly ground homemade flour! Also had pounded the precious Japanese yam that generally we cannot get a lot of opportunities to eat! It is chewy and delicious! After this, I went to a Japanese house museum, ”Gasshozukuri Minkaen” near this soba restaurant as soon as it opened!

No.3 飛騨牛にぎり処 おけさ 飛騨の至福三種盛 Hida Beef Nigiri Take Away Shop “Okesa” Assortment of 3 Kinds of Hida

11時頃、開店と同時にやってきました！その後すぐ長い列が…！賞味期限3分とよばれているほどの鮮度、口の中でとろけてしまいました！煎餅がお皿の代わりになっています！

Around 11 o’clock, I came here as the store opened! There was a long line-up soon behind me…! It is said that it’s best in 3 minutes to have it, it’s so flesh, and finally it just melted in my mouth! Of course we can have the rice cracker that looks like a plate!

No.4 花水木白川 水わらびもち&コーヒー Cafe “Hanamizuki Shirakawa” Water Warabimochi & Coffee

11時30分くらいか、来てみました！水わらびもちがぷるんぷるん、美しい景色を眺めながらカウンター席で、ゆっくりさせていただきました！

Around 11:30, I came here! Water Warabimochi looks like wibbly wobbly jelly! I felt very relax at the counter seat while looking at the beautiful scenery!

No.5 ます園文助 清流定食 Restaurant “Masu En Bunsuke” Seiryu (clear rever) Set Menu Meal

14時過ぎくらい、あまり混んでいない時間帯、湧き水で育てている川魚をいただきに！左はイワナの塩焼き、右はニジマスの甘露煮、ニジマスの刺身でした！臭みはなく食べやすく大満足でした！

Around 14:00, when it’s not so crowded, I had the river fishes raised in the spring water! On the left side it was a salt-grilled char, on the right side it was a rainbow trout sweetened boiled, and rainbow trout sashimi! There was no smell, it was easy to eat, and very tasty!
